    The simplest way to categorize wedding stationery is by timeline. Before your wedding day, you will typically need the following: Save the Date Invitation Rehearsal Invitations Envelopes and envelope liners Additionally, for destination weddings, you might consider including a detail card with accommodation, travel information, or a schedule of events for pre-ceremony activities. On your wedding day, you'll likely need several items: seating plan various menus (dinner, bar, snacks, etc.) table and name place cards order of services venue illustrations or directions Enhance your suite with additional touches like a welcome card, small favors, personalized gift packaging, and accommodation information for destination weddings. After your wedding, consider sending a Thank You card to your guests as a gesture of appreciation for their attendance.
  • What’s included in your wedding stationery suite?
    Our stationery suite design is custom-made for each order, therefore the content may vary. The minimum investment for a full-suite design only invitation starts at $1,600, which includes the standard suite of 8 designs: Save the Date, Invitation, Envelope liner, Program card, Dinner Menu, Table place card, Name place card, and Thank you card.
  • How much on average do couples spend on wedding stationery?
    On average couples spend 3-7% of their wedding budget on stationery designs.
  • Which is the more economical option if I have a smaller budget?
    Our 'Design Only’ service is perfect for those seeking a fully bespoke experience without breaking the bank. Our designs are exclusively handcrafted for you, we don't rely on stock assets or templates. You save some money by handling the printing and assembly of invitations yourself. This can also serve as a delightful bonding experience for couples who enjoy DIY projects.
  • Can I deliver my ‘Save the Date’ and Invitation card digitally?
    As much as we love paper, we also love the earth. If you choose to forgo printing and are planning to share your invitation digitally, we can prepare design files compatible with the platform of your choice for a digitial invitation delivery.
  • How do you send orders and what’s the cost of postage?
    We send all orders at standard delivery rates with tracking. Please note, international shipping costs vary and delivery times may be longer.
  • When should I book for my wedding stationery design?
    Traditionally, invitations are mailed to guests 3-6 months before the wedding. Depending on the designs and stationery elements you're interested in, we recommend booking at least 2-4 months in advance for design revisions and printing.
  • When should I book for my "Save the Date”?
    Save the Date cards are typically sent out once you have a confirmed date and general location for your wedding, usually 6-12 months in advance. Some opt to combine 'Save the Date' with their wedding invitation — it's all up to personal preference!
  • How long is the design process from booking to having my invitation in hand?
    Depending on the complexity of your design, this may range from 3-4 weeks to 3-4 months. It’s best to contact us for an accurate number. If you are in a rush, we provide express turn-around design services with an additional cost. Please keep in mind that printing of your invitations can take an additional 2-3 weeks post-design finalization.
  • What deposit do you take?
    For all wedding stationery design, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your design, with the remainder due before the final project handover or prior to printing.
  • What are your cancellation & refund processes?
    For all wedding stationery design, prior to the initiation of any design work, we will refund 100% of your order minus credit card processing fees. After the design has begun but prior to printing, we will refund 50% of your deposit (25% of total payment). After the design has been approved and print production has begun, we are unable to issue any refunds. Additional rounds of design revisions and changes that come after final design approval or printing may lead to additional costs.
  • Can I postpone my design services?
    We get it, sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs. If needed, we can place your order on hold at no extra charge during the design phase. Plus, when you're ready to resume, we'll offer an additional round of revisions to your stationery suite at no extra cost, in case there are detail changes like the date, venue, or guest list. Once the printing process has begun, we're unable to provide refunds or postponements. However, we encourage you to reach out with any specific concerns, and we'll do our utmost to work out a solution together.
